Two Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil1 lb lean ground turkey (or leftover chopped)1 chopped onion2 clove garlic1 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt1 28 oz can diced tomoato in juice1 15 oz can tomato sauce1 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)1 15 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Add turkey and cook until browned

Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cover. Simmer for 1 hr.

Add beans. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
