Ingredients
1 16-oz bag frozen brussel sprouts (not thawed)2 cups carrots, sliced into 1 inch pieces1 medium onion, cut into chunks1 tbsp canola oilparsley, italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes about 8 servings

Toss veggies with oil, or spray oil over them. Spread onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with dried herbs or seasoning of choice. Roast at 350 about 40 minutes or until tender. Great to cook alongside a roast, lasagne, turkey or anything else in the oven at the same time!
