California Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients
1 tablespoon diced onions2 grape tomatoes, diced1 leaf iceburg lettuce, shredded2 oz. lean ground turkey1 tablespoon light mayo1/2 slice reduced fat swiss cheese1 tablespoon ketchup2 mini hamburger buns
Directions
Seperate ground turkey into two small patties, and cook until done. Put on hamburger buns and add 1/4 slice of cheese to each burger. In a small bowl, combine mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Mix it together, and finish of the burgers with that mixture and ketchup.
