Broccoli and Mushroom Pie

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained1 (8 oz) carton fresh sliced mushrooms1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish piecrust1 medium onion, sliced4 eggs1 cup liquid non-dairy creamer2 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Arrange broccoli and mushrooms in the piecrust. In a bowl, place the onion, eggs, creamer, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine and pour over the veggies. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until mixture is set. Serve warm and enjoy!

You can also double and triple the recipe.
