Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) bag of fresh cranberries1 bunch fresh cilantro1 bunch green onions1 jalapeno pepperJuice of 2 limes3/4 cup white granulated sugarSalt to taste
Directions
In food processor, blend cranberries, cilantro, green onion, and jalapeno until medium-chopped consistency. Squeeze juice from two limes, add to the other ingredients. Stir in sugar and salt to taste. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with baked tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh tortillas. Also great on salads! Store leftovers in refrigerator.

    This sounds good. I just wish that besides saying 20 serving that it gave the size of serving ie: 2 tablespoons, 1 tabelspoon, 1/4 cup etc... - 2/27/10
