Cucumber Salad

1 cucumber with eatable skin½ cup to 1 cup cider vinegara few drops of sweetner to take the bitter taste of vinegar off. (be careful not to use too much)
Wash and slice the cucumber into slices, put into a glass dish or bowl.
Add the vinegar sweetned with a "few drops of sweetner.
Place in frigde and serve when cucumber is soft.
Tastes great to roast pork, chicken and any other game bird..
