Sweet potato souffle

Ingredients
cooking spray29 oz can of sweet potatoes1/3 cup of evaporated skim milk1 egg6 tsp of Spleda brown sugar1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice1 Tbsp of light margarine1/8 cup of chopped pecans
Directions
combine ingredients (except nuts) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spray a cassorole dish with cooking spray and pour mixture in. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is browned.
