Vegetarian Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 onion 1 tsp olive oil1- 14 1/2 oz. can whole kernel corn1-14 1/2 oz. can black beans1-14 1/2 oz. can white beans1-14 1/2 oz. can no-fat refried beans2-14 1/2 oz. cans chopped/diced tomatoes1-14 1/2 oz. chicken broth1 package taco seasoning1 cup soy crumbles
Directions
Saute 1 chopped onion in olive oil until brown then add each of the can goods with their juice add the taco seasoning and soy crumbles. Simmer 15 minutes. As per Weight Watchers 1 and 1/2 cups equals 1 point

    Calorie-wise this is excellent. Unfortuantely I cannot tollerate that much sodium in one meal. It certainly is healthy, however. I will pass with deep regrets. - 1/2/09
