Ingredients
Wash baby spinach leaves, set aside, you might want to tear them if so desired.Cut bacon into fourths and saute bacon with onion wedges, till carmelized.Combine bacon, onion with spinach in bowl, drizzle with balsamic vingear. ENJOY.You can add some sliced swiss cheese on top, if you desire.
