Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Flank SteakCoarse Salt and Pepper to taste3 Scallions (3 cut into thirds)1/4 cup fresh lime juice1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 garlic clove, minced8 leaves of lettuce (I use Boston Lettuce but you can use whatever)1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced into strips1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
Heat broiler with rack 4 inches from heat. Place steak on a large rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Broil until medium rare,(around 10-12 minutes) turning half way through cooking time. Let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain. While steak rest, combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Season with some salt and pepper to taste. Fill lettuce wraps with beef, mango, and scallion and drizzle with sauce. Serve.
