Simple Chili

Ingredients
1 - 46oz can Tomato Juice (low sodium)2 - 15 oz cans dark red kidney beans2 - 15 oz cans chili beans1 lb. lean ground beef1 tsp chili powder (can add more to taste)
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain fat. In a stock pot, add in ground beef and all other ingredients. Drain and rinse kidney beans before adding, but do not drain the chili beans. Stir over high heat until boiling, then turn down heat to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. This can also be put in a crockpot (after beef is cooked) and set on low to cook all day.

Makes approximately 15 1-cup servings.
