Asain Mahi Mahi with Orange Salad

Ingredients
4 3 -oz mahi mahi fillets1/3 cup Light Asain Toasted Sesame Dressing2 Tbsp orange juice1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions8 cups salad greens4 clementines, peeled and sliced1/3 cup toasted almonds, chopped
Directions
Place mahi mahi on a foiled lined baking sheet. Spoon or brush 2 Tbsp of the dressing onto the mahi mahi. Let stand 15 minutes.

Put remaining dressing, orange juice and red onions in a large bowl, toss to coat. Heat broiler.

Broil mahi mahi for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add salad and clementines to bowl with onions; toss to coat. Arrange salad on plates. Top with mahi mahi and toasted almonds.
