Linguini Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or fork-shredded2 pounds dry whole wheat linguini 3 chopped stop 'n go bell peppers (on a budget, 3 green bells work fine)1 can corn, drained2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup with 2 cans of skim milk to reconstitute (low-fat soup when I can find it)half cup of parsley, basil, oregano blend3 cups no-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese1T grated garlic
Directions
cook, cool, and cube or fork-shred 6 large chicken breasts

break dry pasta into small pieces, cook 7 minutes, drain (will complete cooking in casserole)

mix pasta, chicken, garlic, corn, soup and peppers in crock pot liner, blend in 2/3 of the cheese and seasonings

top remaining cheese and bake 40 - 45 minutes in 350 degree oven
