Roasted Leg of Lamb

Ingredients
½ leg Lamb6 cloves Garlic3 sprigs Rosemary, fresh300 g Green beans, roughly chopped3 tablespoons Lamb spiceSalt and Pepper, to taste60 ml Oil
Directions
Slit lamb and insert garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and crushed rosemary.
Mix vegetables with oil.
Place lamb in oven tray and roast in pre-heated oven at 180ᴼ.
Add vegetables to roasting pan 30 mins before lamb is ready.
