Apple and Pear Tagine

Ingredients
1 apple, peeled, seeded and cut into 6 slices1 pear, peeled, seeded and cut into 4 pieces2 mint leaves, or 1/4 t. dried3 t. margarine1/2 t cinnamonpinch cloves1/2 t. ginger1/2 T. honey1/4 t. vanilla1/2 t. sugar
Directions
Serves 2. Peel & seed apple and pear. Cut into 6 & 4 pieces respectively. Melt margarine in tagine; arrange fruit in tagine base. Sprinkle with herbs, spices and sugar. Drizzle with honey and vanilla. Cover with lid, and put in a 325 oven for about 20-25 minutes.
