Low Fat Egg Bake

Ingredients
16 oz. egg substitute1 C Kraft Free Cheese1 C Kraft 2% Cheese12 oz. pkg. turkey breakfast sausage, cooked1 C Evaporated milk (can use skim)1 small onion, chopped1 small green pepper, chopped1 = 30 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatos1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Place into greased 13" cake pan or casserole. Cover with foil Bake at 350˚ for 60-75 minutes.
