Tuna & Egg Salad

Ingredients
1 5 oz. can of solid white tuna, packed in water1 hardboiled egg2 tbsp. sliced black olives1 small celery stick, chopped small2 tbsp. mayonnaise1 tsp. mustard
Directions
Mash up the boiled egg yolk with mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in the tuna (drained), chopped egg white, olives and celery. You can substitute a chopped grean onion or dill pickle if you want. You should be able to get two filling sandwiches out of this.
