Apple Cinnamon Walnut Yummies (Raw & Gluten Free)

Ingredients
1 cup dried apples, chopped½ cup dates, chopped1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil1 teaspoon cinnamon1 tablespoon water (enough to make desired consistency)1 cup walnuts ( soaked for 1 hour)
Directions
Throw the first 4 ingredients in a food processor and mix. Add water tablespoon by tablespoon until you get a really sticky consistency. Add walnuts and mix into a thick paste. Spoon and try not to eat all before rolling.

makes about 14 extra large balls or 28-30 smaller balls (appx 1")
