Ingredients
2 pounds dates, pitted2 tablespoons honey(i used agave nectar)1 tablespoon aniseed1 pound walnuts , coarsely chopped
Directions
Blend dates, honey(agave nectar) and aniseed in the food processor then work in coarsely chopped nuts. Shape into marble-sized balls and roll in confectioners’ sugar or coconut shavings(optional)
Makes about 50.
Keep refrigerated
