1 lb ground turkey1 eggparmesean cheese (to taste)old fashioned oatmeal (in place of breadcrumbs)1 medium onion (chopped)basil (to taste)chicken broth
mix all ingredients together in a bowl (I use my hands). form meatballs out of mixture. drop meatballs into boiling chicken broth. boil for 3-4 minutes. drop meatballs into tomato sauce and cook for 1 hour.
