Chicken Curry Mini-tarts

Ingredients
Chunked Canned Chicken, 12.5 ouncesReduced fat sour cream, .25 cupMango Chutney, 4 tbspCraisins, .25 cupAthens Mini Fillo Shells, 22Curry PowderSalt and black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.

Mix all ingredients except for the shells and craisins in a food processer. Chop until still textured, but well mixed. Add craisins.

Spoon into mini tarts.

Bake until warm, 5-10 minutes.

A serving is 2 tarts, makes 11 servings.
