Peanut Butter and Apple Balls (All Natural & Gluten Free)

1/2 cup natural peanut butter1/2 cup oatmeal1/2 cup sunflower seeds1 cup dried apple rings1 tablespoon honey ( or agave syrup)1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)1 tablespoon sesame seeds1/2 tsp. vanilla extractGround Flax (optional)
1. Mix peanut butter, oatmeal, sunflower seeds,
apples, flax, sesame seeds and vanilla.
2. Roll mixture into balls.
3. Roll energy balls in ground flax, if desired. (optional).
4. Let balls sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Additional Notes:
*Note: You can use any combination of nut butters, nuts or seeds and dried fruit as you desire, just keep the ratios the same.
Makes 26 (1-inch) balls.
