Asian Steak Salad

6 oz. steak1 bag Romaine lettuce1 medium cucumber - chopped chunky1 cup cherry tomatoes1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts1/2 cup red onion - chopped (optional)1 cup chow mein noodles4 Tbsp Light Asian Seasame & Ginger Vinaigrette (Wishbone)
Place veggies on a serving plate. Salt and Pepper steak. Grill to desired doneness. Let rest. Cut into slices. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over salad. Place sliced steak over salad. Driizzle dressing over, or allow person to add their own.
Could use chicken. We are going to try celery and mango next time.
