Ingredients
1 15.8 oz. can Bush's Blackeye peas1 14.5 oz. can Delmonte Stewed tomatoes Italian Style1/2 cup chopped onionMakes 7 1/2 serving
Directions
Combine all three items in sauce pan and cook them till they are all mixed and have simmered about 10 minutes. You can if you wish sprinkle a tiny dash of sugar to cut the acidity in the tomatoes if you like.
