Ingredients
2 cups almond meal1/4 cup flaxseed meal1/2 cup splenda4 eggs1 tsp baking powder2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder3/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and divide evenly into well greased 12 muffin pan.Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack

    They taste a little different but a nice treat during Phase 1. I ground up 2 cups of almonds in my VitaMix to make the almond meal and it worked perfectly. - 4/28/13
