WW Pineapple Noodle Pudding

Ingredients
1/2c cooked noodles1/3 c cottage cheese1/2 c crushed pineapple1/4 c skim milk1/4 t pineapple extract1/4 t vanilla1 t sweetner1 egg beaten
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinamon. Bake at 375 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Serves one lunch
