Simple Chai

Ingredients
1/4 cup water1 Tea Bag1 Green Cardamom Seed1 cup low fat milk2 Tbls. Splenda
Directions
Place a small amount of water in a pot (about 1/4 cup). Add tea bag and 1 cracked green cardamom seed and cook until boiling. Add 1 cup of milk and bring back to a boil, being careful not to let it boil over. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 13 minutes. Pour into cup and add no calorie sweetner; I like 2 Tbls. of Splenda. Serve warm.
