Ingredients
1 can tuna in water/brine (drained)Chopped/sliced cucumber (depending on your own personal taste)2-3 tablespoons sweet corn1 medium size tomato (chopped)1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Mix tuna and mayo in a bowl. Add cucumber, tomato and sweet corn and mix. Serve with crackers, jacket potato or green salad.
