Hamburger Yakisoba

Ingredients
8 oz Hamburger, lean1 cl Garlic, minced6 oz Spaghetti, dry8 oz Onion, medium thick slices6 oz Bell Pepper, Green, strips6 oz Bell Pepper, Red, strips.5 c Soy Sauce, low sodium
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions for firm pasta. Brown ground beef and garlic until beef is no longer pink. Add half of the soy sauce
Add onion and bell peppers to ground beef mixture. Cook until onions are shiny and peppers are soft but firm. Add spaghetti and remaining soy sauce. Mix and serve
