My cheesy chiladas

Ingredients
-Sour Cream, 2 tbsp -Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 0.5 cup, shredded -Cumin seed, 1 tbsp -Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed, shredded.-La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 0.5 cup -Avocados, California (Haas), 0.25 cup, pureed -Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped -Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup -Beans, black, 0.5 cup -Vita's Low Carb Tortilla, 7" Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 2 serving
Directions
1) Cook onions, beans, bell pepper and chicken in sauce pan with cooking spray and cumin until onions brown.
2)Soften tortillas in microwave.
3)Inside tortillas place 2 tablespoons of the chicken mix and one tbs cheese. Roll up and place seam down on sprayed cookie sheet or pan.
4) Top with sourcream, mashed avocado and remaining cheese.
5) Heat in oven for 30 minutes at 350.
