Hoisin Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap3 oz. shredded chicken1/4 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup shredded Romaine lettuce1/2 cup diced tomato1 tbsp hoisin sauce
Directions
Lay tortilla flat, fill center of tortilla with chicken, rice, lettuce and tomato. Drizzle hoisin sauce over filling. Fold up tortilla and fillings burrito style. Enjoy!

In a pinch you can use a regular tortilla or wrap and white rice. You just won't get as much fiber.
