Ingredients
4 C skim milk1/2 C sugar1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder1 dash of salt1/3 C water
Directions
Mix 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of water, and a dash of salt in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Add 4 cups of skim milk and simmer on low heat until it reaches desired temperature. ( Caution: hot liquids can cause injuries and/or burns)
