1 cup heavy whipping cream1 cup reduced fat sour cream6 tsp horseradish (or to your taste)salt to taste
Directions

-Stir whipping cream & sour cream until smooth.
-Allow to sit out on your counter for 8 hours.
-Before serving, add horseradish & salt to taste.

Enjoy with your prime rib.

Leftovers may be kept in refrigerator.
