3 Cups diced russett or red potatoes1 Tlbsp Olive OilSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
dice potatoes into bite size chunks. Add Olive OIl. Salt & Pepper to taste and mix thourougly. Place on a medium low heated grill and cook until done.
