Black Bean Soup with Turkey

Ingredients
3 cups soaked, but not cooked black beans (or can use canned)2 cups chicken broth homemade1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1 t coriander1/4 t salt1/8 t ground red pepper4 cloves garlic2lbs ground turkey 93% lean
Directions
Brown turkey in saucepan, then add it and all other ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
