    I do mine this way too but throw in garlic ...my kids hated cauliflower until I made this...now they ask for it all the time! - 1/7/09

    I basically cook my cauliflower the same way but I add the juice of one lemon...more or less to your taste. Then I sprinkle with salt/pepper or Italian seasoning and roast for 15 mins. Turn the cauliflower and roast for 15 mins. Then I sprinkle my cheese return it to oven for 5 more minutes. - 1/4/09
