Cleanse Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Clensing Chicken Soup1 whole chicken (free range or Organic Chicken)3-4 quarts filtered water1T. raw apple cider vinegar4 medium sized onions, coarsly chopped8 carrots, peeled and coarsly chopped6 celery stalks, coarsely chopped2-4 zucchinis chopped1 p. green beans4 T. Extra virgin coconut oil1 bunch parsley1/2 C. fresh or frozen green beans5 garlic cloves4 inch grated ginger2-4 Celtic Sea Salt1/4 - 1/2t. cayenne pepper
Directions
If you are using a whold chicken, remove the fat glands and gizzards from the cavity. Place chicken or chicken pieces in a large stainless steel pot wiht the water, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, cayenne pepper, extra virgin coconut oil, and all veges except parsley. Let stand for 10 mins. before heating. Bring to a boil, removing the scum that rises to the top. Cover and cook for 8 - 12 hours. The longer you cooke the stock the more clensing it will be. About 15 minutes before finishing the stock, add parsley. This wiull impart additioanl mineral ions into the broth.

Remove from head and take out the chicken. After it cools, remove the chicken meat from the carcass, discarding the bones. Drop the meat back into the soup. You may puree for even easier digestion.
