Very Lowfat Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients
8 oz bag of fat free shredded cheddar cheese3 tbsp chopped pimentos with juice2 tbsp fat free mayo2 oz softened fat free cream cheese1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Cream together all ingredients except the cheese then add cheese in after it is well blended. Stir well. Makes about 12 servings of 1 oz. each. Refrigerate overnight before eating for best flavor. I like it on a piece of whole grain bread or with celery. I like pimento so I add a lot but you can adjust it to your taste.
