1 cup firmly packed brown sugar3/4 cup butter2 large egg whitesteaspoon vanilla1(15oz) can chickpeas drained and rinsed2cups semisweet choclate chips2 cup flour1/2 cup old fashioned oats1 teaspoon baking soda
1 preheat the oven to 350
2 inlage mixer, beat the sugar and butter on med spee. beat egg whits and vanilla, then chickpea and choclate chips. Add flour, oats, baking spda and mix on low until thick dough form.
3 drop the dough by the tablespoon onto a greaed baking pan. bake untl the cookies are goled brown and just set, 11 to13 min; do not overbake. Transfer to a cooling rack.
4. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
