Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream.25 cups sugar + 8 tsps3 egg yolks1/2 vanilla bean
Directions
Whip the cream and sugar and yolks and sprinkle with sugar when in the ramekin. Use a kitchen torch to carmelize the sugar. Enjoy!
