baked shrimp w/tomatoes and feta

1 Tbs olive oil1 medium onion - diced2 galic cloves - minced2 14.5 oz cans diced tomato1/4 c minced parsley1 tbs minced dill28 oz shrimp1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 c crumbled feta cheese
preheat oven to 425. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 3 min. Add garlic, cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and let sauce simmer for about 5 min. until toato juices thicken, Remove skillet from burner. Stir in parsley, dill and shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle feta over the top. Place skillet in oven, bake until shrimp are cooked trhough and cheese has melted, about 12 min.
(serve over rice)
