Italian Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 c. bread crumbs - italian1/2 c. mushrooms1/2 c. chicken broth1/4 c. white wine4 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated1/4 c. Mozzarella Cheese, skim, shreddedCooking Spray
Directions
Cut chicken breast into strips and roll in bread crumbs. Using cooking spray in a non-stick skillet, brown. Place browned meat into a casserole dish and sprinkle with mushrooms, and cheese. Mix broth and white wine together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
