tomato,spinach and chicken with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 cup cooked Brown rice4 1/4" slices ripe tomatoes cut into bite size pieces1 cup fresh spinach0.4 of a chicken breast, skin and bone removed, cut into bite sized pieces. 1 clove of garlic1 tbsp olive oil1 dash black pepper
Directions
In a warm frying pan put 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove of chopped garlic and bite size pieces of uncooked chicken breast. Cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 7 minutes) When chicken is done add bite size pieces of tomato and spinach to pan. Cook until spinach is wilted and tomato is warm (about 2 minutes) Season with black pepper and toss with cooked brown rice.
