Rosa's Fat Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 cups flour1 1/2 cups sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp baking soda2 cups chopped banana3 eggs1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Mix everything together except the eggs and oil. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add applesauce. Add wet to dry mixture and stir well. Grease 2 loaf pans or one bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Check loaf pans at 45 mins as they tend to cook faster than the bundt cake.
