Easy Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients
18 oz (about 4 pork chops) - 1.16 lbs1 eggBread crumbs (plain) - 1/4 cupOnionWater
Directions
Clean the pork chops really well with water.
Dip them in the egg and then cover each one in the bread crumbs.
Spray a cooking pan with PAM or other cooking spray and fry up the pork chops for a few minutes until they are lightly browned.
In an 8 x 8 pan put the pork chops in with some water to cover the pan and put the onions in the pan as well.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 30-45 minutes depending on how tender you want them
