Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Red wine Vinegar, .25 cup Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried and chopped, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves, sliced thinlySalt, .5 tsp 2 Chicken Breast, boneless/skinless
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray a baking 9" square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut chicken breasts in half and arrange in pan.
combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts
cook, uncovered, until done 30-45 minutes
