Lime chicken with black bean sauce

Ingredients
Directions
3 tbls fresh lime juice1 1/2 vegetable oil1/4 tsp ground red pepper flakes4 cloves garlic1 c drained black beans1/2 c unsweetened orange juice2 tbls balsamic vinegar1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 c diceed seet red pepper1 tbls chopped purple onion
combine first 4 ingrediants in a large heavy duty zip top bag. Add chicken and seal bag. Marinate in fridge for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from bag reserving marinade. Place marinade in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray amd [lace chicken over med hot heat. Bast occasionally with marinade.
In food processor add beans and the next 5 ingredients and process until smooth.
In small skillet add sweet red pepper amd onion amd saute until crisp tender.
Place sauce on plate and add chicken, top with pepper and onion mixture.
