Ingredients
protein whey powder (any flavor)1 scoop from container or about 22 grams. --I would say this is like 2 tablespoons?1 large egg1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Just mix egg and baking powder, add your whey powder until the right thickness for you. grill like you would any other pancake. these are also gluten free. If they don't come out just right the first time keep trying it all depends on how big your egg is --it goes more by what the batter looks like.
If using natural flavor I sometimes add a mashed bananna. these brown very quickly so keep an eye on them.
