Quick and Easy Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 cans black beans2 cans diced tomatoes1 can refried beans1 can whole kernel corn (drained)1 package Taco Seasoning MixWater
Directions
Open cans and empty all ingredients In large stock pot. Add water to desired consistency. I typically add about 4-6 cans of water. Heat over low-medium heat for 30-60 minutes and serve. As an option, add a cooked meat of your choice.

    It's delicous! I use 1 can of kidney beans in place of one of the cans of black beans~ I use far less water to make it more of a "chili" consistency, and I add in a bit of cooked ground beef and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. - 6/22/10
