Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 7oz pkg thin spaghetti1 tbsp unsalted butter1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef8 oz spaghetti sauce8 oz low fat cream cheese1/4 c light sour cream1/2 lb 2% cottage cheese1/3 cup scallions2 tbsps melted unsalted butter
Directions
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Saute beef in butter until brown.
Add tomato sauce salt and pepper, remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, and green pepper in a food processor.
In a 2 qt casserole spread one half the spaghetti and cover with the cheese mixture.
Add remainder of spaghetti and pour melted butter over spaghetti.
spread tomato-meat sauce over top.
